I’ve been taking vitamin/minerals at much higher doses than that for years and never experienced symptoms like yours (or any others for that matter) which I would attribute to the taking of said vitamins.

I’d like to add while those of a medical background have no qualms about prescribing you chemicals (drugs) some with a list of known adverse effects as long as your arm, I find the resistance to nutritional back up curious. Which is known and proven to be the most detrimantal to health? Nutritional deficiency or vitamin supplementation?

For many people with modern lifestyles in the modern world this fabled perfect nutritionally balanced diet is a figment of the text books imagination.

I’m still going strong on my vitamins without a day off through illness since I started work 23 years ago.

I am no expert but I do have an interest in vitamin supplements, a vitamin B compound should not give the symptoms you describe however you need to go through item by item and see if there are overdose indications on any of them.
As a precaution I would also get checked for haemochromatosis, this is a genetic blood disorder which causes too much iron, vitamin B complex would convert this to haemoglobin, and increase the blood pressure, that gives the symptoms you are describing.Get your blood pressure checked also These symptoms are an indication of a problem somewhere and only a qualified person can tell for sure. Please see your doctor

Please have the sense to stop the lot!

There are no advantages at all to be gained by that list of unnecessary supplements. There is increasing evidence that not only are they unhelpful but indeed excess artificial vitamin intake looks as though it has negative effects of health!

Allow me to reduce the confusion; Stop taking the lot.

Studies show that providing you are eating a well balanced diet, vitamin supplements on top of this are a complete waste of time and money. It is of no therapeutic value. Eat healthily, exercise and forget the rest.
